Bromma to appeal court judgement

As reported in last month’s issue of WorldCargo News (p3), the Swedish District Court (in Västerås) resolved that SweFrame Port Equipment Ltd has not copied the Cargotec [Bromma] spreaders and has not used any intellectual property belonging to Cargotec. Carogtec’s claim for SEK27.09M (€2.95M) damages plus interest against SweFrame was turned down.
