Translifters for Savona terminal?

In what would be a world first, APM Terminals (APMT) appears to be considering terminal tractors and cassette translifters for the quay-stack shuttle of the automated terminal that it is planning for the Port of Savona. Up to now, most terminals with automated stacking cranes (ASCs) have opted for AGVs or shuttle carriers (existing straddle carriers in the case of HHLA Burchardkai).
