Toledo MHC bids opened

Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority in Ohio has opened bids from Gottwald and Liebherr for two mobile harbour cranes for its general cargo terminal. As previously reported, Toledo received US$6.8M in funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act to purchase one crane and a reach stacker. However, it now wants to purchase two cranes instead.
