CVS Ferrari acquisition on hold

Cargotec, the parent company of Kalmar Industries, has issued an official statement from Helsinki that its acquisition of Italian company CVS Ferrari “has been put on hold.” This was disclosed in its halfyear interim report to the Helsinki stock exchange.
