Visakhapatanam (Vizag) and Kandla ports in south and west India respectively are to invite bids for nine electric level-luffing cranes of 15-20 ton capacity….

Vizag will be floating tenders on instructions from the federal Ministry of Shipping after a previous tender for four 20 ton capacity cranes, floated in April 1999, failed to come to fruition.
