Hempel’s China move

Denmark-based protective coatings manfacturer Hempel A/S has reached an agreement to acquire Hempel-Hai Hong in China, one of the largest suppliers of container coatings to the Chinese box building industry. Completion is expected to take place on 5 January 2009.
