US-based General Finance Corporation (GFC) and its 86.2%-owned subsidiary Royal Wolf Trading Australia Pty Ltd, the largest marketer and lessor of storage containers in Australia, have acquired RWNZ Acquisition Co Ltd (RWAC) and its wholly owned subsidiary Royal Wolf Trading New Zealand (RWNZ) for approximately US$18.6M.
