Cavotec MSL sells Gantrex

New Zealand-based Cavotec MSL Holdings Ltd has agreed to sell its Canadian business, Cavotec Gantrex, and all related Gantrex operations in the Americas to Belgium’s Gantry Group with effect from January 2008.
