The potential split between Patrick and its largest customer, Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC), has been avoided with MSC confirming that a formal agreement now exists between the two companies for the establishment of a terminal operating joint venture in Fremantle, and possibly Brisbane, Port Botany and Melbourne too.
