Delegates to the 29th European Petrochemical Association (EPCA) Logistics Meeting in Monaco last month heard that the chemical industry supply chain is too static. Too much product is held in stock and chemical producers need to work more closely with their logistics service providers to speed the flow of goods to the final customer.
