New challenge from Dalian?

Dalian engineering houses, Dalian Crane Works (DCW) and Dalian Heavy Industries (DHI), are in the process of merging some key operations into a new company, with the goal of becoming a serious rival to ZPMC, complete with their own seaside production facilities and a fully-erect crane delivery vessel. The new company name is likely to feature the DCW brand name.
