OPS Factor B.V. acquires Mauell BV Netherlands
Acquisition strengthens OPS Factor’s position as a supplier of turnkey control rooms.
OPS Factor BV is focused on remote control operations and is part of the Dubbledam Group, along with the cabin business of Metargo.
OPS Factor BV has now acquired Mauell BV Netherlands, which has represented the Mauell products in the Dutch market since 1982. Mauell designs and produces control room products including “mosaic systems” (also called mimic panels) that display and monitor control processes in technical applications including substations, power plants and industrial facilities.
The acquisition strengthens OPS Factor’s position as a supplier of turnkey control rooms, while at the same time providing long term continuity of Mauell BV.
Mauell BV Nederland will continue its operations with the same team and keep its corporate brand name.
