GESeaCo dispute finally settled

The future of leading box lessor, GESeaCo, appears a little more certain, ollowing the reaching of an arbitration decision on April 28 covering the acrimonious dispute that has long rumbled on between its two co-owners GE Capital and Sea Containers.

The arbitrator ruled that GESeaCo suffered damages with respect to four of the 15 alleged breaches of the service agreement provided to the joint venture company by Sea Containers.
