As reported in last month’s WorldCargo News (p6), not only has P&O Ports-backed TRP taken over a rival company, TPA (the Terminal 3 operator) in Puerto Nuevo, Buenos Aires, but Maersk Sealand plans to acquire a 70 per cent stake in Gabriel, the local group which operates Terminal 4.
