Elsag in SeT move
Elsag, part of Finmeccanica, has acquired Sistemi e Telematica SpA (SeT) in the Port of Genoa from CAP Gemini Ernst & Young. Elsag’s stake in SeT has increased from six to 93 per cent. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed.
