Sole bidder for Guaymas
Mexico-based Istasa, the only shortlisted company from an initial roster of eight that submitted prequalification documents, was the only bidder for the concession to build and operate a container terminal at the Port of Guaymas in Mexico’s Sonora state (see WorldCargo News February 2010, p6).
