The African Investment Bank (BAI) has signed an agreement to provide a US$45M loan for the rehabilitation of Luanda Container Terminal II. The BAI, which was set up as an infrastructural development bank under the auspices of the African Union last year, signed the loan agreement with Angolan port operator Sociedade Gestora de Terminais (Sogester) on 30 June.
