The Port of Portland (Oregon) has engaged Morgan Stanley to evaluate a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) for up to 215 acres of its Terminal 6 container facility (T-6). A Request for Concessionaire Qualifications has been issued with responses due to be received by 31 March 2008.
