Anglo Ports Pty Ltd, the Australian front for Manila-based International Container Terminal Services Inc (ICTSI), appears to be gaining traction in its efforts to break the Patrick/P&O Ports duopoly, although whether it has genuine opportunities beyond Port Botany is a moot point.
