Cai Mep International Terminal (CMIT) set two new productivity benchmarks for container terminals in Vietnam last month when it handled 2,100 containers during an 11 hour 30 minute port stay by the 9,038 TEU METTE MAERSK. Gross crane productivity was 43 container moves per hour, resulting in berth productivity of 183 moves per hour.
