Flushing Marine Terminals (FMT), the new terminal in the Quarleshaven at Zeeland Seaports’ Vlissingen site, has taken an unusual approach to cargo handling by opting for rail-mounted lemniscate cranes from HTJ International. It was incorrectly reported in the July 2001 issue of WorldCargo News (p7) that the cranes would be mounted on floating pontoons.
