Port of Koper posts slight container dip in H1, exceeds earnings targets
NewsThe Port of Koper reported a slight 1% year-on-year decline in TEU handling for H1 2024 but achieved a 24% increase in net profit compared to its planned target.
MáV-Cargo, the Hungarian unit of Rail Cargo Austria, has launched operations at a new container terminal in the Romanian city of Curtici near the border with Hungary.
Built at a cost of €7.5M, other investors in the new facility include Poland’s Trade Trans Group and Luka Koper of Slovenia, said MÁV-Cargo CEO Imre Kovacs.
