NCSPA boosts warehousing

The North Carolina State Ports Authority (NCSPA) has expanded its warehousing capability with the rehabilitation of a 90,000 ft2 warehouse at the Port of Morehead City and an expansion to the Forest Products Centre at the Port of Wilmington.

The renovation of Warehouse 7 at Morehead City was the final phase of a programme to rehabilitate general cargo and bulk cargo storage facilities that also included Warehouse 8 in 1999. The State of North Carolina appropriated US$ 7.5 mill to renovate the two warehouses.
