Melbourne CDP 40% complete

Melbourne’s A$1B channel deepening project (CDP) officially reached the 40% completion mark at the beginning of October when dredging at the entrance to Port Phillip Bay was technically finished. Victorian Roads and Ports Minister Tim Pallas said dredging the entrance was the most ecologically sensitive aspect of the project and had been completed on schedule and within budget.
