…new Guam bids loom

ICTSI has welcomed the decision of the Port Authority of Guam (PAG) to cancel its 2005 Request for Proposals (RFP) to manage and operate the Jose D Leon Commercial Port and to reject all bids submitted in response to it. “We will accept the cancellation and wait for the new RFP,” said ICTSI executive vice president Eduardo Abesamis. “We agree that a new RFP may result in a more accurate contract.”
