Mozambique looks to Japan for Nacala aid

The government of Mozambique hopes that the government of Japan will help to fund the redevelopment of the port of Nacala in Nampula Province, which was damaged in a cyclone in 2001, but Maputo believes can become a major container and dry bulk handling centre.
