FMC rules on “Unreasonable Refusal to Deal”
NewsUS Shippers did not get everything they wanted in FMC’s final rule on definitions relating to unreasonably refusing to load export cargo.
The Bureau of Enforcement, Investigations, and Compliance has “prioritised investigations of possible wrongdoing by common carriers or marine terminal operators” referred by the FMC over the ILA strike period.
