Tri-Cities Intermodal (TCI) is to develop a new intermodal rail terminal at Wallula (WA) in the North West of the US. The announcement follows the company’s signing of a lease/purchase deal with Union Pacific Railroad which includes the acquisition of properties, including a cold store previously occupied by Cold Connect and located just off Highway 12 in Wallula
