Kenyan presidential candidate William Ruto has said he will cancel regulations relating to use of the standard gauge railway (SGR) running between Mombasa and Nairobi if he wins the August presidential election. Ruto is currently vice president and one of the two favourites in the 9 August poll, along with Raila Odinga.
