The Maritime Union of Australia (MUA), a division of the Construction, Forestry, Maritime, Mining and Energy Union (CFMMEU), is trying to force terminal operators in Australia to accept that new enterprise agreements must have a clause that specifies there will be no automation or outsourcing for the duration of the enterprise agreement.
