Domino Flatracks Ltd (DFL), a subsidiary of China International Marine Containers (CIMC), says it has terminated the flatrack manufacturing licences held by Singamas Container Holdings and Kumbong Container Industry over alleged patent infringement and breaches of their licence agreements.
