Valencia resumes operations in aftermath of deadly flooding in Eastern Spain

Spain’s Port of Cartagena has set out its stall to construct a superpost-Panamax container terminal on a greenfield site known as El Gorguel. The port authority (APC) has initiated a local publicity campaign to explain its position and encourage support for the project.
