NSL Engineering Holdings Pte Ltd (NSEH), a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore-listed NSL Ltd, has entered into an agreement to transfer the RAM Spreaders business to Salzgitter Maschinenbau AG (SMAG), one of the world’s leading cargo grab manufacturers (and the leading shipboard crane grab builder), in exchange for a one-third stake in a new company, Peiner SMAG Lifting Technologies (PSLT).
