Upgrading of aging equipment at Guam’s Jose D Leon Guerrero Commercial Port is moving apace with the port authority (PAG) awarding a contract to Mid-Pac Far East in Guam for the supply and installation of a 2001-built Liebherr harbour mobile harbour crane, an LHM 400, sourced in Singapore (see WorldCargo News September 2006, p15).
