The South Carolina State Ports Authority (SCSPA) has announced a US$17.3M project to install a new terminal operating system across its marine terminals. Of this, US$8.35M is a contract with Zebra Enterprise Solutions (ZES) to implement Navis SPARCS N4 to manage container and breakbulk cargo operations across six marine terminals by 2011.
