North America’s largest tank depot operator, Boasso America Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of tank truck carrier Quality Distribution Inc, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the outstanding stock of Greensville Transport Company for US$8.5M in cash and up to an additional US$0.5M in cash, subject to Greensville meeting future performance criteria.

Consolidation has been the name of the game for tank depot operators over the past year in response to the increasing centralisation of chemical production.
