Reconstruction of the wharf at the Liberian port of Monrovia, a major plank in the planned modernisation and upgrading of the facility under the terms of a 25-year concession agreement with APM Terminals (APMT) concluded in 2010, is well ahead of schedule and will be completed prior to the previously estimated target date of August 2013.
