Terminal Cerros de Valparaíso (TCVAL), the concessionaire of the new Terminal 2 at the Chilean port of Valparaíso, is due to commence operations on December 16. This means that it will be plunged straight into the middle of the 2014 horticultural season. As previously reported, TCVAL is a subsidiary of the Spanish construction group OHL Concesiones.
