Speaking at the European Petrochemical Association Logistics Meeting in Monte Carlo last month, Serge Cosemans of Dow Europe stated that his company is committed to reducing the number of serious and moderate accidents involving the transport of its chemical products by 90 per cent over the 10-year period ending in 2005.
