Dockwise’s move to take over another Dutch heavy lift shipping operator, Fairstar Heavy Transport NVhas not encountered plain sailing. At the time of writing, Dockwise owns 54% of Fairstar, but Fairstar has dismissed the offer of NOK9.3 per share for the remaining shares as too low.
