More than a year since it took over the operation of the Port of Dunkirk’s Nord France Terminal International (NFTIou) container terminal under a 35-year concession, APM Terminals (APMT) and the port authority (PAD) have agreed a deal whereby APMT acquires a 61% stake in the facility.
