PSA ups ABG stake

PSA International has bought a 49% stake in ABG Kolkata Container Terminal, a subsidiary of Indian terminal operator and cargo handling equipment supplier ABG Infralogistics, and has also subscribed to preference shares in ABG Kandla Container Terminal. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
