Pier VIII container terminal secures funding
NewsItaly’s CIPESS has approved € 206.8m for the first phase of Trieste’s Pier VIII container terminal, set to start operations by 2027.
Feedership joint venture
Hamburg’s two biggest container handlers, HHLA and Eurogate, have set up a new joint venture, Feeder Logistik Zentrale (FLZ), to cater for feedership business. HHLA holds a 67% share in FLZ and Eurogate 33%.
