Folkestone Harbour Company Ltd (FHC), set up by former Saga chairman Roger de Haan who acquired the UK south coast Port of Folkestone from Sea Containers last August, says it will dredge the harbour, refurbish existing berths and create more storage space for cargo handling operations and vehicle staging.
