Melbourne gap closed by AAR

In a boost to the AustralAsia Railway (AAR), operator FreightLink is extending its Darwin-Adelaide rail service east to Melbourne, addressing an acknowledged handicap in its attempts to develop more north-south (and vice versa) traffic.
