The Estonian Port of Tallinn has received four bids from domestic and foreign companies to operate the new container terminal to be built in the eastern part of Muuga harbour. A port spokesman said the lowest bid was EEK1.2B (US$113M) and the highest EEK1.45B, but did not name the bidders.
