Perrigault steps up in Le Havre

Perrigault SA, the Le Havre-based port and logistics operator, has acquired the 50% stake held by APM Terminals (APMT) in Terminal Porte Océane (TPO) and Société d’Exploitation du Terminal Porte Océane at the Port of Le Havre, thus obtaining 100% ownership of both concerns, previously operated as a 50:50 joint venture. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
