Ever expanding Hutchison Port Holdings (HPH) has signed an agreement with the Ningbo Port Authority in China to jointly operate and further develop Ningbo Beilun Port Phase II. HPH has acquired a 49 per cent interest in the joint venture company, which will invest RMB2 bill in the project.
