Turia Port Investments launched

Following its acquisition of Dragados-SPL, J P Morgan has set up a new management company, Turia Port Investments, to take over all the Dragados port assets in Spain. A new management team has been appointed and has visited the various ports where Dragados-SPL has operations and other assets.

The managing director of Turia is Doug Schultz (ex-Patrick Terminals), the director general is John Thompsen (exmanaging director of Maersk Algeciras) and the commercial director is Charles Baker (ex-Tercat/Hutchison).
