Several months ago an anonymous complaint was made to the Spanish Congress against the Port of Valencia Authority (APV). Although the matter was subsequently debated in Congress, nothing official was made public, but now a judge linked to Valencia Court Number 14 has started investigations into the allegations.

The main details to emerge have been the result of leaks that have appeared in two local newspapers, Las Provincias and El Levante, as well as in questions tabled in Congress by local MPs.
